Wouldn’t recommend. After spending $4500 we were promised everything was in stock and would be 5-7days.Not only did we wait over 2 weeks before we received any of our order more then half of it was on back order... could be anywhere between 6-8weeks...I then chose to cancel most of the things so I could find them elsewhere but the one thing we needed as we designed our bathroom around we had to wait for. Finally get it and got to install... it was 50x50mm smaller than what we ordered and was told it needed to be sat in a hobb not directly on tiles. Even though their display room has this same shower set up on tiles and not a hobb and the salesmen never once mentioned it needed to be set in a hobb. I was ropeable as we now had to have a custom one made as our tilers etc had already prepped for the size we initially ordered.Upon multiple calls. Keep in mind you have to always follow up as they never call you back when they say they will... EVER! the one guy who was so lovely when taking our money quickly became very rude and arrogant to deal with. Worst customer service I’ve ever come across. However I did get the pleasure to deal with David & Raquel who did try to help as much as they could but the damage had already been done. I’ll never recommend this company to anyone & most definitely won’t be back again.Horrible experience in a highly stressful and time restricted renovations.P.S. I did already give them feedback half way through this drama alerting the manager of a certain staff members attitude and unprofessionalism. - I just feel nothing was taken seriously and after reading other reviews I see I am not the first to feel this way.They need to fix a lot!

I ordered Grated drain. They assured me I would get the one in the website photo. I paid $50 for home delivery. I received the wrong drain and rang them up and I was told sorry, we cannot guarantee what it will look like, when I specifically drove to them to make sure I would get the right product. I also had one missing item. When I rang them up, I said Would I lie about not receiving an $8 item". His response was "possibly."Don't buy anything from them

Saw them on the today show donating their time and money to help a family in need, says a lot for a small business to do something like this!!!! Champion effort guys

If you are not prepared to wait a few months despite being told 2-5 days then this is NOT for you! 2-5 days has become more than 60 days and still waiting.Don't expect any sort of updates or the truth.You will only be provided updates if you enquire (nothing out of courtesy). The 3 times we have enquired we were given updates that turned out to be false.If you are in the unfortunate position of being stuck and have to purchase your goods from ABL, pay AFTER you receive your goods.

Ordered 2 vanities (among other things) from ABL and waited over 2 weeks for them to arrive. I was initially told the supplier had them in stock, so I'm not sure why it took so long. When they finally arrived, one was the wrong variant (ordered drawers on LHS but instead received drawers on RHS). But the most embarrassing part was that the vanity tops were missing. Now I have to wait again for the correct items to be delivered. This could have been easily avoided if they SIMPLY checked the orders when they received them from the supplier.Besides the issue with the vanities, I'm still waiting for other items on back order. You have to chase them up to get anything done.
