Excellent customer service from start to finish. Noreen and her team found a buyer for one of our qPCR instruments that was no longer getting much use. The buyer got a great deal on an instrument in excellent condition, we got money to put back into our lab, and one less instrument ended up in landfill. Highly recommended!
