Says it's open 24 hours on Google. BS. Had to go to IGA at Mt Cotton. Businesses like this with essential services such as fuel and food need to start updating their status on Google if they want to be serious players in customer service.

Just stopped in because it was still open and selling hot take away food early I mmnn the morning.

Their selection of takeaway foods is excellent however I had perhaps one of the worst coffees in my life.The brew temperature was far too high making the coffee taste burned, it was watery and not creamy at all like a cappuccino should be and it had a slight hint of dirty dishcloth taste, most likely from the rag they use to wipe the steamer for the milk.I had a few sips of this coffee and threw the rest out. Also I got no discount for bringing my own cup like I would do at most other service stations.Ok for fuel and for takeaway foods but don't get a coffee.

No bathroom available to public - no longer look after the needs of travellers - this is not a service station.

Always the best freshest takeaway food ready to go.

Staff are great and polite. But the cleanliness of the place. Wow, filthy doesn’t come close. In the COVID times you would think they would make an effort. Today, no water, no hand cleaner, no paper, pumps don’t look like they have been cleaned since the 70s. Guys get your act together and clean the joint up.

I live in mount cotton. So the BP is extremely convenient. However I tend to avoid it at all costs unless extremely desperate due to the abhorrent customer service the three old ladies give in the morning. They look at the customers like we are a burden on them. There are no greetings and barely a look in the eyes when paying for your goods. Here is a tip ladies if you don’t like working there find a new job. I won’t be going back soon unfortunately

Easy entrance and exit for cars. Staff are friendly and prepared when you enter to pay. An available bathroom would bump it to a four.
