Buying a British van and called Darryl at Jabrumke for advice on a couple of issues. Darryl was so helpful and answered all my queries, great customer service. I live in NSW but will go to him for future Services. Cheers Darryl.

The Jabrumke team are awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. They do a comprehensive caravan service and provide you with invaluable advice and information. They are authorised setvice agents for several European caravan brands and also service Australian brands.

Put my caravan in major repairs , took more than 6 months , then I find out some of the items that was charged to the insurance company was suppose to be new were really secondhand.

We had a very Bad experience in our van a few days ago allmost rolled on feeway my son driving skill helpt us .rang Darrel that day he told us to come in straight away all though he had vans every wearflat out we had a problem .we arrived and was looked at soon as he could .living in our van ,stayed on his place for 2nights untill van was completely over hulled and fixed a very dangerous problem which. Got us on our way 1problem we were over weight .the salesman had not explained things.culling under his advice was hard but managed some then doing this with his help we leant a hard lesson and now fine.will be a big garrage sale this week .many of us do not relise how important this is .On our way today Darrel rang us 2times as we traveld on the next 4hrs to make sure we were ok .This service i have never had before and v ery pleased. Darrel staff were great .we learnt so much a.s first van travels icant thank him enough. We will go out off our way next time just to make sure we get the Best .thank you all again ,i beleive we made a freind and mentor as we travle on thank you again. JAN BOB. Back soon .

I don't generally give poor reviews but this company is my first. Jabrumke took our deposit for a part for our Bailey caravan 2 months ago. It was supposed to be 3 weeks but we're still waiting. I've tried to get updates but no response whatsoever from my phone calls and emails.Very unprofessional business. Update May23 - we were recently contacted by Jabrumke who apologised for not responding, they have kindly refunded our deposit.

These guys really know their stuff. They have gone out of their way to help us out and look after our van. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Can't rate them more highly.

Daryl was extremely helpful with spares and knowledge, would recommend them to anyone.

Although I ended up having to source my parts elsewhere due to my travel schedule, Darryl provided a first class service, was patient and happy to liaise with Bailey to pinpoint the correct part. Highly recommend Darryl's services.

I had ordered some parts in February 2022, after nearly a year of waiting, nothing has happened.Yes I tried contact them by email (not responding)Yes I tried their phone (not responding)Yes their website was corrupted (as picture)I conclude they had closed down shortly after February 2022. What a waste of my 11 month of waiting.
