Just wow! The food here is beyond delicious. It is perfectly balanced and exquisite. The decor and space is so beautiful. The overall atmosphere makes this more than food, it’s an experience. The owner, Jane, is the most lovely person. She is the definition heart and love, and you can feel it in her restaurant and taste it in her food. I cannot wait to come back as soon as possible!

We booked for our deluxe Sunday afternoon tea. I wasn't disappointed. My husband and I felt well spoilt after munching through sandwiches, scones with jam and cream, fruity deserts, champagne, tea/coffee and then more desserts (which we brought home in little boxes). Jane is such a lovely host. It is such a wonderful personal experience.

A one of a kind, totally surprised by how good this experience was! Atmosphere was up with one of my best dining experiences. This beautifully designed dining room creates the feeling of an aristocratic private dinner party but with a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. It’s quite, without kitchen clunks and coffee machine bangs, the guests are limited and settled for the evening, so leaves you peaceful and relaxed, without banging of doors noise as people leave a venue. Just the a slight echo of chattering and laughter with a scenic country farm house view. Jayne and Frasier clearly have pride in their antique setup and interior designed home. Warm and inviting service, they treat you like their guest rather than customers. They share wonderful tip bits about the furniture and antiques along with their own story of Avonleigh Farm and how it came about. Their passion and love for what they do is catching which only adds to the atmosphere and your experience. The food is delightful, wholesome, traditional and beautifully presented its the best of porcelain.A three course meal with a scrumptious starter. Great value for money and generous serves, a complete dining experience rather than just a meal.Highly recommend it

Visited this place as a venue for a family get together. Had high tea, which was lovely but fully priced. The venue was furnished with many exquisite antiques which added to the experience. Would recommend for special occasions.

Jayne and Fraser are remarkable hosts.Location was easy to find, with ample parking.The venue is spacious. Despite a full booking, we didn't feel squished in. It was easy to have a comfortable conversation without being drowned out by music or other patrons.Beautiful antiques adorn the dining area, and the hosts can answer any question about them.So importantly: the Afternoon High Tea menu was outstanding. Incredible finger sandwiches and delectable cakes and puddings, displayed delicately.Absolutely everything you could want from a High Tea experience, bathing in charm.And many thanks to the attentive staff who went a long way in making this experience so delightful.Will certainly return!

Beautiful place with amazing antique. Our lovely hosts Jayne and Fraser made us feel very welcomed and pampered. Had the deluxe high tea which was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Will be back to have lunch and dinner! One of a kind and definitely worth a visit.
