I called Billy a day before, his response was that of a person you will trust to work and advised me he will buy the tap and come the next day. True to his words he came with his team within 20mins my kitchen tap was functional again. Billy was there, a very jovial person and what I can say is, they are professional, they know what they are doing, and they enjoy their work. Billy refunded me when we overpaid him. BG plumbing you are great. I recommend his services. Thank you Billy.

I cannot recommend BG Plumbing and Gas highly enough! Billy and his team, Jayden and Zach, helped me with my bathroom and kitchen renovations. They did my bathroom rough in, installed pipe and tapware, my vanity, connected my kitchen sink and toilet. Jayden explained everything well, provided great suggestions along the way with Billy and did an amazing job with it all. They were efficient, tidy, very well priced, responsive, polite and prompt. I would definitely use BG Plumbing and Gas again. Thanks Bill!

I sent a request for service to several local companies to have a gas cooker removed and replaced, BG Plumbing and Gas were the only one to respond. They responded in a timely manner and were very friendly offering a quote and then booking me in. Jayden attended and was on time and, efficient and friendly. I will be using them again for future services.

Over the last 2 years, i have dealt with 4 different Plumbers to fix an ongoing problem with drainage. BG Plumbing were the 1st ones to give me a accurate diagnosis, fix the problem and at a very reasonable price. Only plumbers i’ll use from now on. Thanks Billy & great job Jayden

BG plumbing sent out a plumber to fix our toilet. The plumber took away a part to order a replacement. Weeks later still no replacement. Multiple unanswered texts and calls to Billy. After 10 weeks (!!) he finally responded to an email and admitted that the part had never been ordered and he didn't know what the part was. Arranged a time for him to come and look at the toilet and he didn't show. Advised him of my availability the following week and still haven't heard back from him (4 weeks ago). Eventually found another plumber to fix his work. Will never use again.
