Pharmacist refused to fill my prescription because apparently she knows better than a doctor. Was very rude, threw my ID and prescription across the counter at me. Was treated like a small child. Will be putting in a formal complaint, was a middle aged white lady can't quite remember her name.

Came into the store recently and had a lovely young fella who I think was called Josh help me. I couldn’t find the nanna nappies and he helped me find the correct ones that help me best. Josh has good customer service and was a handsome young man. Echuca chemist warehouse is lucky to have him.

Absolutely hopeless. Refused to take back incorrectly purchased item even though they guaranteed they would exchange if wrong prior to purchase. Lodge official complaint and they don't even bother to respond. Better spending more $s to get better service.

It is difficult to describe the poor service and rude treatment I experienced from the Pharmacist in just a short Review.Basically, the Pharmacist has no manners and was incredibly rude to me. He claimed my script on PBS, then still charged me the full amount. I discovered the overcharge a few weeks later. It seemed like double dipping to me.No apology was made to me by the Pharmacist. Instead, an official receipt was posted to me. This means I now have to personally attend at a Medicare Office with the receipt to lodge a claim for the refund. I am aware that I can print out the Claim Form from online, complete it and post it to Medicare. Unfortunately, I do not have a printer to print the form.This incident has upset me, and taken up a good deal of my time sorting it all out.Reading through the Reviews, it seems I am not the only unhappy Customer.

Damian Monk (pharmacist) needs to care about his customers.needs to take ownership of errors he makes..he can not always say I'm busy to cover up his stuff ups and attitude I'm now without my script and im happy to pay more elsewhere for service.

Horrible service on many occasions, Damien the pharmacist thinks he is more educated than a doctor and very rude, not at all caring.Multiple times they have not giving me a medication prescribed and not bothered to tell me there was a back order etc.The app which I thought was great as I could take photos of scripts and pick them up (and hand in the originals on collection) earlier in the year to be told now they won't fill them until you go in with the originals.... what is the point of the photo script then?Went in today to pick up scripts and ask for them to certify ID, was told to wait for 25 minutes as they were 'too busy' went to another pharmacy and they completed it straight away within the time (30 seconds) that they took to tell me they were too busy".They always have the attitude that everything is a hassle for them so it makes the discount not worth it.Will be using a different pharmacist from now on that actually care about their customers."

Typical low price, overcrowded, Chem W'house. May need a re-fit? Staff hard to catch, fair product knowledge. Good range, specials for non-script items - prices very competitive. Excellent range of pharmacy, also household items. Unpacked boxes strewn about centre of aisles. Gets very busy. Narrow, crowded, checkout race. Off-road parking OK, may be difficult to access.

I went into warehouse chemist in Echuca didn't know my way around I asked assistant to help me Riki was his name he got up from what he was doing said no bother, I had a list and he showed me where then waited to show me for the rest of my shopping. I told Riki that I left my husband out in the car was warm so he said we must hurry to get you served, that's what he did Thank you Riki
