The shellac nails last so much longer then most other places. Tried the toes with normal nail polish and it rubbed off easily as it hadn't dried yet. Was quite expensive but you pay for the better quality then other cheaper places around the area.

Staff were nice, and they were kind enough to accept my booking even though it meant they would have to stay late. Did a pretty good job on my nails, a little lumpy in some places though. Quite expensive for a very simple design though (2 feature nails per hand with a minimalist line design and the rest plain)

I had a fantastic experience getting the Deep Soak Manicure and Pedicure. I believe it was absolutely worth the slightly pricey amount.The salon itself was clean neat and tidy. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail. The staff took their time and used techniques I have not seen elsewhere like an extra hot towel. The Mango scrub used in the Deep Soak Mani deserves an extra special mention... it was divine! Made me feel like my hands were new. Also liked that they had portable nail driers for both my hand and feet so my nails were totally dry before I left meaning no chipped polish (I went grocery shopping afterwards too!)Extremely happy with the friendly service.Highly recommended!

I went to get my nails done. I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they couldn’t colour match- gave me brown instead of pink?! Come on.They also had extremely rude staff who filed my skin whilst filing my nails!! How incompetent!! Didn’t even say sorry.So overpriced for basic nails.If I could give them a negative star rating, I would.They are trash.

I really like this place and go regularly to get shellac on my toes and occasionally hands. They're quick and friendly. Some have poor English but they're very nice and do their best to communicate with their clients. I've never had any issues with the quality. My nails are always very neat, and I've never had bleeding or anything like that (unlike other salons). I think they really take their time, and make sure they get it right. Someone else mentioned their shellac is thin, which as far as I know is how it's supposed to be. It feels like very smooth nail polish.My only complaint is that it's a little bit run down, and untidy sometimes. Everything is very clean and hygienic, but just over time all the surfaces have got stained and worn and need a good going over. I'm sure this will happen as finances allow, but for now it gets 4 instead of 5 stars.

Tried this place out as it is close to home, I am now seriously regretting not traveling to Broadway.Rude and in experienced staff. I was there for two hours whilst two people worked on me for a mani pedi.The lady who did my hands couldn't understand what I wanted and when she did she was not skilled enough to complete them. I have been having my nails done for a long time and since leaving two of my nails have broken from rough and aggressive filing.I reccomend going anywhere else but here! No wonder it was so quiet.The lady who did my toes was obviously not qualified and tried her best but I was not asked if she could do them and she could not do the shape I wanted. The last 10mins was saved by someone who was clearly experienced but by then it was too late. She questioned my toe shape and I explained I didn't really have a choice and when I showed her my hands she offered a re paint. I had been there so long i just wanted to get out!For a very poor standard they are extremely overpriced. With clear faults they still charged me $135.Save your money and time and go somewhere they care! They also spoke about me to each other thinking I didn't understand, don't judge a customer it's just rude!

I got my manicure plus shellac for my hands and normal paint for my toe nails. They charged me normal price plus extra $10(they said this paint will dry fast)for just the toe nails. I paid them $80 in total. Today is the third day. The paint on my toe nails keeps getting smudged every time I wear shoes. Also the shellac done on my hands are very very thin compared to what I usually get it done on other places. I’m never getting my nails done here again. Never.

The staff there were all kind. My hands and feet gave a good blow. A few days later, I also lengthened my eyelashes. My eyes have never been so comfortable. The price was also cheap because it is now being promoted. Everything is a perfect shop.

Their prices have gone down! When I asked why, they said the previous owner sold the business and they're under new management as of today! I got my nails done last week and went in to get a few chipped ones fixed (unavoidable when you do loads of housework). They fixed them all, free of charge too (shellac french nails). I like how they don't use electric nail files and they take their time shaping them, making sure it's perfect. I'm so glad it won't cost as much anymore because it used to be way overpriced.
