Unfortunately I was not able to get a repair at home due to the technician being busy on other call outs. However he was able to diagnose the fault over the phone and give me the simple fix to keep me going. I would definitely use this company again based on this positive interaction and outcome. If I could give 10 stars I would!! I rang Neil at 9am, he was here 20 mins later and fixed my fridge on the spot, the price was great and he is the nicest tradie I have ever met. I wish all service technicians out there were as nice and honest as him. I will only ever be using him from now on.

ZEROTECH REFRIGERATIONCalled Neil 7am as woke up to a broken fridge - I was lucky he was passing thru my way - was there in 15 minutes had the board needed to fix my fridge - had a working fridge by 8am - excellent service in a timely manner. Would definately recommend him - he surely has the knowledge and skills needed to repair fridges

Neil from zerotech fixed my fridge, he is really professional and was able to come take a look very quick. His price was great too and he is a very friendly nice guy. Highly recommend and will definitely use again if I need any refrigeration services!

Had a problem with an old model Samsung two door fridge/freezer. Fridge section stopped cooling. Called Zerotech who arrived first thing the next morning and repaired the problem. Highly recommend this company.

My freezer broke down and my daughter recommended Neil. When he heard my predicament with a freezer full of defrosting supplies he came immediately and fixed my old Westinghouse 2 door fridge good as new in a friendly timely professional manner. I would highly recommend Neil to anyone and I can honestly say I do not make a habit of writing reviews but was so pleased with the reesult that I felt compelled to make the effort to write this.

Our old fridge decided to start freezing some things whilst keeping others at room temperature (19yr old Fisher and Paykel). As a dedicated drinks fridge this got frustrating and messy quickly (my beers!!). All whilst making a noise like it was trying to take off once the compressor kicked in. Great service from Neil. He replaced the motherboard on our fridge earlier this year. However it just started getting too warm again. Neil came out today and fixed it. Although it was a different cause he did not charge us anything. Thanks Neil, highly recommend you.
