Shocking wait time on the phone to make a claim - for 3 days i waited and waited on hold for up to 2 hours. I also sent an email asking to make an urgent claim for a car accident my disabled son was in. No reply or answer. currently on hold for 59 minutes... such bad service. Car was in an accident 1 week ago and still have in inappropriate service. you would think I am on hold to Centrelink... Why do you not answer your phones, why do you keep customers waiting hours on hold.... I am very unhappy with Ansvar and will be cancelling my policy....
