Just bought Pyjama top for 34.99$ and a bottoms for 34.99$ it had a securely tag which girl on register did not remove, I took it back to be removed as on the way out alarm went off, after getting home I realised that bottoms of pyjama were missing. Drove back to H&M just to be made look like I stole the bottom of pyjama, even though there were visibly left on top of the counter in case I returned. I waited for 10minutes well they checked the security camera just to make sure I didn’t still it.I mean….. is this a customer service!? Please…. People what you make us look like.I must say I am very disappointed with the service/treatment I receive today (shame).

I like the products but the service isn't usually great but Sunday morning was next level bad! The girl serving looked like she was bored to death. No eye contact, no hello, good bye, thank you.

Unfortunately the staff was very poor at customer service and when we brought it up to the manager Markella she didn’t do anything about it. It was our first time in there store definitely the last. Not recommend anyone to visit

My daughter and I were served at the counter today by Isabella who was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us with our purchase and with signing up to a new membership. Excellent customer service!

This H&M store is quite large and is stocked well. The layout is shopper friendly and it is often easier to find the items one is looking for. The festive season deals at H&M are not as attractive as other stores. That may be because their prices are quite competitive anyways. Staff can be more helpful.

Staff counter wearing purple pants upstair where is selling men style so rude, we have just came today (02/05) at 4:09pm and bought a beige jacket (S size) and was being trouble with the coupon card. She’s rude when we came to pay and more rude when we were getting trouble, throw a card on the table which should be return politely to a customer. Never come here again for that customer service!
