Didn't went through too good with these guys. They gave me a car with issues and tried to ask me to pay for it. Also they cancelled the lease after I refused to pay for what they want. Impolitely also made me angry with their attitudes.

Great service,I have had rented a car before and everything went nice and smoothly with Ridlender. I liked the company services so I got a rent to own car and they lived to my expectations. I would always recommend anyone who does a ridshare services and don’t own a car to either rent a car or rent to own from RideLender.

Hello Everyone,The company is stolen my money 550$. This is the company responsibility to notify day to day or month to month invoice transfer updates. last 1 year Ride lender didn't notify or emailed me for invoice transfer fees. after finishing agreement, suddenly company showed me i have 550$ invoices charges. It's very hard to pay a big amount together. I am going to the court very soon.I am strongly suggested to the new driver partners: don't go with this company.Everyone will see very good comments & 5 star ratings from current driver partners- all are false. The company directed them for this fake comments & ratings. Even the company emailed me, if i put good comments & ratings, i have a chance to win 500$ voucher- all are fake & false. No one didn't get any reward from this company.

I have been renting with Ridelender for almost 2 years. Highly professional guys and have always been there for support and giving back up car immediately, when there is an accident or car trouble. Especially the local manager Conrad is an amazing guy and he will pick your call even on Sunday or in night, if you had a car problem.

They deserve all the stars and awards. Everything about this company that I can attest to, is simply professional, true and best.I'm glad my friend introduced me during my car problems.Their services, communication, guarantees and customer satisfaction, can't be compared. I sincerely say a big thank you to the team here..keep it up.

Ridelender are great. The people in Melbourne are very personable and make renting easy (and cost effective). They also service their own fleet, making all dealings super easy.

BEST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!!!I got a car from them in Jan 2018 and I am proud to be a part of this company now. I then have now 3 more of my friends who have been with them for couple of months. Such a friendly staff and easy to understand terms and conditions. Car are in very fair conditions and price is unbeatable !!!!! TURST ME !!!!I will always recommend them over anyone else in the market.

By far the best company to deal with. The support from both Conrad and Ritu is second to none. They always make sure that you are happy with the vehicle if not they will change you into something that you are comfortable in.Very quick to respond and assist with any issues that you may have very friendly and positive absolutely highly recommended by me I will not go anywhere else my loyalty is with these guys
