Once you have paid there is no effort to provide the goods in a reasonable time frame. The quality is average and they are very unprofessional. The bench top is already marked and it was sold as mark resistant with a very hefty price tag and it is less than 5 months old. The kitchen door has a bubble at the corner which I informed them about and I have not heard back.I would not recommend them. It does look good on the surface. Just don't look too close.The after sales service is the worst point by far. Just dreadful.

Rude and only interested in bigjobs. We'll call you back, but no call.Just go elsewhere you'll be better off. Should put up a sign saying only big jobs here, people with little jobs can't help you and get lost.

We had our kitchen benchtop replaced by Master Cabinets. We were impressed with every contact with the company. The quality of the new benchtop is very good and has modernised our kitchen.

Master Cabinets
We have been very disappointed with Master Cabinets. Their work is under engineered. We had to ask a carpenter to strengthen what work was completed, for example a walk in wardrobe. We had an in wall book shelf installed which has failed. The bottom shelf has fallen so now the books don't sit flat on the shelf.What is most disappointing is their attitude. There is no pride in their work, they are not interested in standing behind their work. Their focus is mass production with little quality and fast turn over of customers.
