Food is amazing... scrumptious, large serving, great price! Staff are friendly. Plenty of areas to sit... inside with air-conditioning, bar garden, outside on verandah.

Stopped by on 2 occasions , 1st visit just for a couple of drinks, female bar staff were friendly and informativeWent back next night, publican was inhospitable, ask for an ice bucket, told theyy dont have any ??Offered to keep bottle in fridge inconvenient for us.Asked for an extra plate to share our mains, was met with a glaring look.

Friendly Bar Staff. The locals were very friendly and down to earth. Could not believe my eyes when leaving the pub two horses tied up outside there owners had rode in to have a couple of drinks. It was a little bit surreal. I love the experience.

We arrived late afternoon after a difficult day of having our motorbike break down... they hadn't made any rooms up from the previous evening so my husband and I and 2 other people ended up not being able to stay there (good thing in the end because we found nicer, cheaper, ensuited accommodation elsewhere), then despite being the only place in town to supply evening meals they weren't cooking the evening we were there.. although did heat up a pie for us.. they only had cheap scotch..and then they ran out of white wine so I only got to have 2 glasses.. failed on all counts of pub/hotel!

An oasis in the desert. Friendly staff cold drinks and homemade pies.Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area
