0 star for the information and service provided.I went to this radiology to do our 20 week ultrasound scan. The first scan was done quite ok and the sonographer said we have to come again as he couldnt see the face of the baby. We went at reception and booked the service after 2 weeks. When we went for the second scan, the lady at the recpetion asked me for referral letter.First of all, i was not told about getting the referral letter. Secondly, this referral was done by the sonographer not the doctor. Why we need to get the second referral? If needed for you to claim the money from medicare , why the information was not given to us during the booking. Neither reception nor sonographer told us about this.Common sense: isnt it the first referral letter has all required information?It was a complete waste of time and i found all the staff unwilling to help. No solution was provided. The lady at the front was just starring at me. Sonographer said its not his fault. He walked away even i didnt finish my conversation.Not recoomended at all. Please use due dilligence while delaing with the patients.

Horrible experience for my pregnancy scan, the asian lady (who didn’t even bother to tell me her name) told me I need to do a special test if I want to find out the sex of the baby. She didn’t even bother to look. She wouldn’t answer any of my questions about the baby. And the monitor kept turning off and I couldn’t even see the baby. I was very uncomfortable the whole time I was there, she kept pressing down very hard on my belly, she wouldn’t even let me lift my head as she said it might make the baby move. It would have been better if I had a juice and a little walk so she could then try again. No effort whatsoever on her part and very unprofessional.I also asked her if I will get photos printed out on a paper and she replied with a yes yes they will be on paper. When later she just gave me the actual scans and nothing else. She told me that I misunderstood what she said. Also she did not even give me results of the scan, but I have to go to my gp and wait to see him in order to get the results and no one tells you when they will be ready. Everyone just wants a piece of the medicare card and the money.I would never again go back there. She just presented very cold hearted towards me about everything. And my belly still hurts from her pressing down. But most of all very dissapointed that I have no picture of the baby and no sex.I am having another scan next week at another place.

Went for a CORONARY CT scan. Desk staff were pleasant and efficient. The young lady doing blood pressure and particulars introduced herself and was professional. The radiologist and assistant didn't even bother to introduce themselves by name. Just do this, do that ... so impersonal. In this day and age professionally embarrassing.

This x-ray centre has always, from a patient point of view, of course, had very efficient, friendly and helpful staff members. I have never had to wait very long even when the waiting room looks full.

I went a few weeks ago for a CT Scan, I am incredibly needle phobic and started to panic (silly me didn't think I'd need an injection), Elana was amazing through the whole process! She kept me calm, got me to focus on breathing and make the entire process really easy and comforted me through the entire thing and let me know what was going on. The receptionists are also great, always keeping me informed on what I needed to do and what was happening. 10/10 would recommend!

I am not sure why their scans never reach doctors on time . We have had 3 scans and all 3 scans were not sent to the doctor that we requested for in time . Not sure if I will be using their services again. Why is it that we have to follow up every time a report is not sent to the person that it was intended to. Just like how you guys call and check whether an appointment is not cancelled the day before so you don't lose revenue and time . The same should apply once the scan has been completed to ensure that the reports have gone to the people that they were intended to. The service isn't complete once the scan is over. Please do the process completely. We had to travel with our 5 day old baby to the hospital just to find out that the reports hasn't arrived. Absolutely ridiculous !

Mel you are great asset to Xplore Radiology.We spoke Yesterday to get an appointment for Ultrasound Scan for my Mrs..Thank you for arranging all that as it was hard to get an appointment and to get this test bulk billed.5/5 Stars. You worth each single penny you are receiving.

First scan that I had here at 25 weeks the lady was great so we booked here again.Had a scan at 35 weeks today and such a horrible experience.Taken into a small room with other machines everywhere. Had to squeeze past things to get to the bedThe Asian lady doing the scan was mumbling everything, couldn’t speak clear English, didn’t talk us through anything. I was so uncomfortable on the bed the whole time and she was pushing down so hard on my stomach that the baby was in turn kicking back just as hard. The monitor kept freezing and she didn’t seem to know how to use the machine. We weren’t even given a chance to see anything as after she took the measurements she handed me 1 single paper towel and told me to wipe my stomach and wait in reception.So disappointed with the experience. My partner and I both left so confused with what had happened as it didn’t even seem like real life.Will not be going back here for any more scans!

Despite the Urgent tick box marked on the referral, Xplore failed to get my partner’s CT back to his doctor on a Friday afternoon leaving him in pain until we find out the resultsThese guys also don’t open on Saturdays, again leaving him in pain until Monday Morning.If you need urgent scans that require immediate attention, definitely recommend going somewhere else.
