Great place to shop. Staff are friendly and helpful

This shopping centre is so clean things on shelves are easily accessible and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I am new to Mornington and will be definitely doing my shopping here!

I recently visited Woolworths in Centro Mornington to do some grocery shopping and I have to say, I had a bit of a mixed experience. On the one hand, the store was clean and well-organized, and I was able to find everything I needed fairly easily. However, there was one major issue that really detracted from my experience.While browsing the fresh produce section, I overheard a staff member cursing loudly and using inappropriate language. I found this to be quite unprofessional and it made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy. It was disappointing to see a staff member behaving in such a manner, especially in an area where customers are likely to be present.Despite this negative experience, I will say that the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted me with any questions I had and were generally attentive to my needs. However, the incident in the fresh produce section really put a damper on my overall impression of the store.In summary, I would recommend Woolworths in Centro Mornington with some reservations. While the store is generally well-maintained and the staff are helpful, the incident with the staff member using inappropriate language in the fresh produce section was a major drawback and I deducted two stars for that reason.

Miss the butcher who always gave me good quality meat and a friendly chat . Pre packed not a good idea e.g. lamb midloin and lamb cutlets..

I found this store to be very clean and well stocked. Easy to navigate and a great deli

First time did a major shop at this venue. Found very frustrating the frozen cabinets with the shelves so low down to see the products. The lower shelves would need to get on the floor to see products. Not user friendly or for staff.

Best store I have visited. The refrigeration setup was very impressive, including the shelving. Great catalogue. Well managed store.

As with all Woolworths Stores, a great shopping experience made easier by using the Woolworths App and setting it to the store as this is not my usual Woolworths that I go to
