Rachel Troia Psychology
Rachel is an active therapist in my partners and my life. I first attended a session with Rachel when my mind and relationship were not in a healthy space. By the time I had six sessions with Rachel I was on top and in control of my life again. Rachel provided a safe and trusting environment to practise techniques which enabled me to overcome anxiety, depression and feeling disjointed and alone in my relationship. I thank Rachel for her support and I highly recommend RT Counselling to everyone.
