Losing data you thought was on an external HDD = bad Dealing with the fact that you may never get your data back = worse Dealing with Payam = PRICELESS!! These guys are the best in the trade. They are extra-courteous, sincere, honest and best of all they provide TOP value for money. I lost data on a 1TB external disk drive that had two 500GB disks in it. I didn't realise the product had hardware RAID, like an idiot I did not enable it and simply backed up data with no RAID!!! Payam, recovered **all** my data, could not be happier - thanks a lot guys

Absolutely incredible. I'm not a frequent hander out of 5 stars. I had so little hope that anyone would be successful getting years of photos off my busted iPhone. The error I had was one multiple other providers said would be impossible to work with - they didn't even want to try it was so hopeless. Payam no joke did so in such a quick time frame, I was shocked. The turn around time was quick, the follow up email with results was comprehensive (including a video of some of the data, to show what was recovered), and the shipping of my data back to me was so fast it was like Australia Post became a half decent service just for Payam. In all my years of paying for all sorts of services, Payam is well and truly in the top 10 companies I have dealt with. I now have the last photos of my dog before he passed from cancer. Worth every single cent, and then some!

From the second I contacted them until the second my drive returned I received professionalism, constant contact, updates and honesty. Though my issue ended up being severe and costly the end result has been more then I could’ve dreamed. Would recommend them to anyone. My NAS raid was corrupted. Could not access any files. 10 years of data. Payam were able copy files to an external drive. Not a cheap exercise, but well worth it. Very professional and good communication. Highly recommend them.

Payam Data Recovery provides a great service when important data has been lost. I've used them a number of times while repairing PCs and servers for people. On each occasion they have recovered the data of damaged hard drives. If needed, they have worked through the night and returned data quickly. While it is not a service that you 'want' to use, if you 'need' data recovery, then they will be a great help.

I used this service for a very old flip phone (from 2005) I had some old baby photos on there. The phone was dead and I could not retrieve the files. Very happy with the service, the people at Payam Data Recovery are literally life savers.Our Samsung Galaxy S8 was locked due a forgotten pin and on top of that Secure Startup was enabled meaning that the device pin had to be entered before the phone even switched on.
