Tanya, the manager at Starkles, was able to quickly assess my needs and show me a variety of human hair solutions as requested. She helped me to try on the toppers and honestly discussed the pros and cons of each. She was able to show me an exact colour match to my hair as well as discuss styling potential. I really appreciated her expertise in fitting and selection of these products.

We went in with my Grandma today to get a wig and the lady working there was so helpful and professional. She made my Grandma feel so comfortable and was very knowledgeable. I was so surprised at how natural the wig looked. Would highly recommend!!

A pleasure to be served by somebody who loves their job and is so knowledgeable. What a positive experience. Sent photos of myself in the wig to family and friends and most thought I had been to the hairdresser. They did not even realize I was wearing a wig. Means a great deal when you are losing your hair. The lady in the store was very helpful and friendly, the store itself is nice and clean and there is a fairly large selection of wigs, but there didn't seem to be any natural hair wigs though and the wigs that were on offer came in limited colors and synthetic hair that looks a little fake and shiny. I've seen better!

We arrived off the street without a pre arranged visit on a Saturday afternoon. The lady in charge was exceptional as she ended up being extremely busy with both walk-ins and appointments. Took a friend here to get a wig, was surprised with the super friendly and helpful service from Tanya, she was highly experienced and went above and beyond expectation. The wigs seem pricey but are definitely worth the money you pay. Absolutely highly reccomend.
