Excellent customer service from start to finish with great communication, and very educational of the pieces you see online with the videos. Geoff is also open to additional questions via email. I like that he only sells solid opals, so you know you’re getting value for your money, and he has a great return policy if you’re not satisfied, so no worries, but who would want to return. The piece I bought was even more beautiful in person than in the photos or video. My piece shows a lot of reds, and for me I prefer the flashes and rolls of the color versus a boulder opal that has more of a solid picture like pattern that looks more permanent. Very happy. I will shop there again. I already have my eye on a few other pieces.

I was looking at opals for quite a while and was difficult to find something unique.Australian Opal Jewellery had a lovely opal shell fossil pendant. Its polished beautifully & still has the natural shape of the fossil. The quality is stunning and they included a beautiful necklace with the pendant & a custom handmade wooden jewellery box. There was even a little polish cloth included.Their customer service is amazing, you can tell the people at Australian Opal Jewellery are very passionate and knowledgable. I can't wait for interstate travel borders to open so I come & visit the store/ museum.I look forward to doing business these guys again soon!

My husband bought me the most magnificent boulder opal earrings for a wedding gift in 2013 and they are still my favourite piece of jewellery! Such amazing quality and I feel so special every time I wear them. This shop is really special...highly recommend!

Purchased an opal ring from the online store only to learn it had already been sold. What followed was a classic example of excellent customer service. A new opal only just procured by the business was suggested as a replacement, and the ring was then made to suit. The new ring, and opal, even nicer than the one originally purchased. Culminating in one happy wife. Would absolutely recommend.

I am very very happy with the opal I received from them!!! I searched online for a place to buy quality black opal and am so lucky I found the Brisbane Opal Museum site and the Opal Jewelry!!! The owner was very helpful and always responded to my emails very quickly!!! They are a wealth of great information and have intense knowledge of Australian opals! I will definitely tell others about the opals and hopefully soon will be buying another bigger one for myself!!! Love, Love, Love!I was admired by this magic stone long time ago and tried to find something unique for myself. Geoff and his team made it! I ordered a necklace, a ring and the earrings. The transaction was smooth and easy. My order came very fast, but notice, I live in Canada. Each item was packed into separate box that itself is a piece of unique creation. I cannot even describe the beauty of the stones! Love it! Now I see, it is 100% natural. Thank you very much for such a nice, unique jewelry! Very pleased.
