Went to this salon after reading reviews. Had a great colour and cut by Darcy. Lovely lady, listened well to my wishes and she did a wonderful job, thank you. Enjoyed her manner as well as young Pria . My only negative is that some staff are very loud and made the experience not pleasant and relaxing. Maybe need to be mindful if this . I will gladly go back for Darcy's expertise but may have to choose a different day.

Taboo do a fantastic job. I saw Julie, she i so experienced! We discussed what style i wanted, and she achieved it!I know barbers are very popular at the moment, but I prefer to have someone who takes the time to cut my hair properly.Thank you Julie!

Horrible Noisy Salon. They've fried + cooked my hair! Foils never properly completed at the root + very uneven haircut. Cannot relax at wash basins, clients/staff always pushing past legs to get into room, extremely annoying.

Being a visitor to Ballarat I researched hairdressers and found that Taboo was rated one of three to be the best in Ballarat. I can't fault Darcy, she was excellent, restyled my hair and customer service 100%. I would thoroughly recommend Darcy lovely lady.

horrendous staff and experience. they kept answering the phone during my appointment which was over 7 or 8 times. the so called qualified person cutting my hair kept asking how she should cut it. i could not wait to get out of there and my hair now looks like disjointed pieces of a puzzle. don't step foot in that place!

The staff were friendly however the quality of workmanship was questionable. My hair was very uneven and the your staff need more training and support from senior staff to ensure a quality cut given the cost.
