I have been seeing Andy for 7 months as I was recovering from surgery he has help me with getting back to work with full movement in my shoulder. I believe that he has worked magic on me and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to everyone

I have been seeing Chris Kwon for the last few months with back and neck pain. He was great at helping me to reduce the pain and strengthening my muscles by recommending a great exercise plan.Chris also took the time to explain why each muscle was giving me a hard time in each session.I also found this studio was more private compared to other physios I had attended in the past. As each room is seperate and this personally made the experience more comfortable for me.

Activ Therapy Prestons are extremely friendly and professional. They are very detailed with how they work. I had a problem with my abdominal wall for 3 months straight and could not train any more. Even other physios weren't helping properly. I saw Chris Kwon he was very polite and friendly and 1 week later I felt a lot better I even started exercising again and the injury did not bother me during. Chris is very smart at what he does he found out what my problem was very quickly and came up with an extremely successful solution. If you have any problems that need a physio, go to Activ I would 100 percent recommend this place as they will solve your problem and get you back on track.

Polite and professional staff, always giving a good experience. Shranal is my physio and is knowledgeable and skilled in what he does and with that been said has made a huge impact in my recovery progress. Him with the help and support of Chris from time to time, together they have helped me go from 24/7 pains to nothing but relief. Would 100% recommend to anyone I know who needs a good Physio.

I hurt my lower back one weekend and it was very painful for me to get up from sitting or lying position down. On my first visit, Andy worked on my back and showed me some stretching exercises. After applying some pressure I immediately felt less pain. I was very impressed from the 1st visit. After a couple more sessions I could feel my back getting back to normal. With some preventative exercises from Andy I hope to keep in shape and avoid hurting my back again. Thanks Andy. I So

I saw Chris and he was so friendly! He knew exactly what he was doing and educated me on my neck/upper back pain. The exercises he gave to me as homework has helped tremendously. I went in on a Friday, and the exercises eased up my muscle tensions the next morning! So quick and I was so relieved. Highly recommend and I definitely will be coming back for other issues

His wealth of knowledge regarding treatment and prevention of injuries is unmatched by any other remedial massage therapist I have seen in the past.I began seeing Davey for the treatment of tension migraines which he has helped tremendously for, even giving stretches and exercises to do between treatments and ensuring I stay on track with my recovery.If you want a highly knowledgeable practitioner and effective treatment given with unmatched positivity Davey is your guy!
