I wish i could give them 0 stars. They will find you tanants who would damage your house and these people will support and back them up. The tenants would Pick up keys from the real estate property manager Sushil even before starting of tenancy agreement and The property manager wouldn't bother to ask you if you are happy to give keys before tenancy agreement starts. As this was illegal to provide keys before agreement starts. We tried to contact the Property Manager so many times by calls and messages but he didn't bother to reply. They will find you tenants who wouldn't have any tenancy records or whatsoever. Give yourselves favour if you don't want to get stressed every single day, stay away from Raywhite Rockbank real estate. This real estate has not been honest since starting.

We ended our leasing agreement with the rental provider recently and was waiting patiently for our bond refund. There were some delays and miscommunications. We thought the Ray White agents didn’t want to refund us our bond. However, the delay was due to a previous property management company who withheld the bond funds and did not abide to the Victorian rental legal laws. Ray White Rockbank - Reet investigated, took ownership of the issue and solved it immediately. She went above and beyond providing exceptional customer service.
