After a call back after mammogram for further investigation I was very anxious. Every single one of the staff - receptionist, nurses, doctor and technicians were just wonderful. They put me at ease with their friendliness, empathy and efficiency.I'm very grateful that this service is available and that I received such genuine care.

Today i took my mother in to get her scans done and because she doesn't understand english, i went in with her to be the interpreter...The lady on reception was lovely but the lady who took us in for the scan was so rude. Not a smile nor a hello! To be honest i don't know why shes even working, shes got such a poor attitude and this made the environment really awkward!Don't know, maybe she was racist!! But still customer service should be her priority!!!
