Ysanne is my go to nutritionist and the only one I trust to give me the best advice for my health and well being. I was able to obectively see the improvements in my live blood cell analysis and body compisition with the bio-electric-impedance scan. By following Ysanne's advice I was able to lose body and visceral fat (fat around the organs), increase my bone density, increase lean muscle mass and reduce my metabolic age.

I saw Ysanne at DetoxMe earlier in the pandemic, and she was absolutely incredible. Ysanne curated a very thorough meal plan for me after reviewing my vegan diet. This incorporated recipes, nutritional advice and much more. She also did a blood analysis on me which was incredibly informative and gave me so much insight into my health. From here, Ysanne provided me with the next steps in order to gain optimal health.
