Ann and the team (Shannon, Ops Mgr) were both fantastic in assisting our company with a unique and challenging issue. Ann was amazing in her follow-up and provided excellent customer service. She went above-and-beyond to provide a resolution and took responsibility in liaising with others in order to get the job done. I would highly recommend working with Ann and the team!

I am so very glad I chose to ring SHRED-IT to handle shredding a year's work of documentation which was now not required. Firstly the response to my inquiry was almost immediate. Anne Fishburn an inside Sales Executive was quick to respond, sending me a complete outline of services, processes and costs. I think you could say she had me at Hello!" The same wonderful service continued with excellent compliance documentation forwarded for signature and in 2 days time an enormous truck arrived at my front door with a very helpful driver

Christina is so rude. Did not get back to me I had to keep ringing and can't do anything to help for over a week. Should have told us in the beginning instead of wasting our time.I appreciated the manager ringing me back and apologising and he has assured me this issue will be fixed for further clients.
