Horrible Accounting Services- Late lodgements, constant reminders, incorrect calculations, incorrect reconciliations. In my view just complete incompetency. They put the company in jeopardy and caused significant complications. Waisted a significant amount of my own personal time instead of saving it. The company will now have to undergo a General Ledger audit and re-file lodgement's that were inaccurate. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I gave them a chance to correct their actions by issuing a refund for their service however they failed to recognise their mistakes.

I go through Thornton & Associates for my fashion business and have found their service to be exceptional. They go above and beyond their role to help. Not only have they helped with accounting, they have helped by giving advice on numerous aspects of running a fashion business as well. Highly recommend !

Thornton & Associates - Business Accounting Tax BAS
As a small business owner with money outstanding from one of Johns clients, I was promised to have the account fixed up.I've sent multiple statements and phoned on more than a few occasions to have no response, which I consider pretty lazy.A simple telephone call or reply would have been sufficient, considering we're now 1134 days overdue.
