Arrogant and totally unprofessional. I was a cash buyer and the agent was uncontactable and unresponsive. I refused to be treated poorly by these people and purchased with another agent. I would recommend not to list with this company.

Firstly sent them an email, no reply, the next day I rang them. Still no reply, even with a message I left, I was told a sales consultant would be in contact still nothing. I was looking at a house in ardlethan nsw, sweet little town.... I was going to offer full price, for the house but anyway, they have costed there client money. And I refuse to be treated in such a manner. THEY MUST BE TERRIBLY BUSY IN A SMALL COUNTRY TOWN. Stay away from these unprofessional, small time realestate agents, its all to hard for them. To make contact with people.

Terrible experience. They didn’t know where the keys were on day of settlement. Terry was hopeless and knew nothing about the properties he was selling. Because we had no idea what was happening on day of settle - we had to wait another 7 days for internet connection. I work for a realestate ....... this agency dropped the ball completely. Would never deal with again. Was looking at another block but as it’s being sold by the same people I wouldn’t want to deal with them. Hopeless.
