We were finding it difficult to secure a property in Sydney when moving from interstate and were missing opportunities due to the inability to personally attend or coordinate family or friends to attend inspections of properties that were in high demand and leasing on short notice. We had a very specific brief and in the 3-4 weeks we searched on our own, we were unable to find anything to suit our needs.We loved Melissa’s commitment to finding the right property for us. Best decision ever! I needed a new rental with extra bedrooms and as I am still a bit new to Sydney I decided to find someone to help me with the process and I found Melissa. Melissa found out what I was looking for, made additional suggestions, put together my application and researched and found so many properties for my daughter and I to choose from to go and look at which fitted my property brief. A list of rentals and their inspection times were put together and emailed to me the day before and after a full Saturday of looking at places, Melissa was on the phone with me with ideas on how to proceed with my application. As soon as the plan was agreed to my application was submitted quickly. I was approved for my new rental within 2 working days after the inspections. Thank you again Melissa, forever grateful! :)
