The worst company I have ever had to deal with. The phone service is appalling and they never answer my phone calls. I have had one of there tv's for three months and it broke down they have had it for 2 weeks and I cant contact them to see if and when it shall be repaired.....Do not buy a Viano product....

Terrible service & customer support when consulting the 1800 number after the 32’ tv with built in DVD player failed to find a signal confirming the aerial worked on another television we were then told “go try again maybe it will work this time” by the customer service clerk who proceeded to be quite rude & blunt. Wouldn’t recommend buying a thing from this company unless you plan on getting a refund & a painful phone call from a smug bunch of conmen

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE TV!!!!!!!!!!NO OUTPUTS FOR SURROUND SOUND,REMOTE CONTROL DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY YOU LITERALLY HAVE TO PUSH THE BUTTONS THROUGH THE OTHER SIDE OF THE REMOTE BEFORE IT WILL WORK AND EVEN THEN IT'S HIT AND MISS.WOULD NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM VIANO EVER AGAIN
