Match Property Sales and Rentals

I've been involved in renting out properties for 20+ yrs. I've had all sorts of tenancy and agency experiences, and am so happy with Match. Things are handled seamlessly, thoughtfully, attentively and with regard to my preferences. I think my favourite thing is how easy communication is. There are many other positives as well, including extra advice/efforts that go above the fee agreement. The tiny percent of time I've had some kind of concern about an issue, there's been care to resolve it to beyond the prior level of satisfaction. I've pulled my family over to Match and thoroughly recommend their services.

I have had many property managers over the past 30 years and I have to say that Match have surprised me with their service. Although only early in our relationship, their professionalism, price structure, ability to source a Tenant, and on-going no-fuss management, is amazingly smooth compared to experiences with others in the past. I do not usually post reviews, but I believe Match deserve to receive this one due to the way they break the perception to that which property managers are usually seen.

I left Match Property as I became frustrated with poor communication. Discussions were made over the phone with no email trail which led to some confusion both for myself and also staff at the real estate agency. What was most disappointing is that I had a conversation stating in no uncertain terms that the tenants could only have a contract and not a periodic lease. I discussed this with a staff member and we agreed on a contract until December. I then received a phone message from that staff member saying that the contract needed to go to January. I became frustrated with the communication (over a number of different issues) and made the decision to leave. Shortly after leaving, the tenants gave notice, which it turned out they were allowed to do, because they'd been put on a periodic lease. This outcome fully re-enforced for me that I made the right decision to find another real estate agency.

Chris is a good guy. But I think it's important any potential property owner looking to use Match Pro go into the game with their eyes wide open. I found that Match Pro's processes and systems were non existent. The ability to make informed decisions and to communicate was poor. And the ability to provide good advice was impaired. They are also the most expensive in town! I moved my executive property to Plum Property and have had excellent and professional service from day 1. I sincerely hope Match Pro take this commentary on board as I'm sure Chris would like to see his business grow and grow.

It's a rare thing to find such a warm, caring and professional business these days. Even rarer to find one in a real estate agency. Matchpro have been the cream in every coffee and the absolute heart in community spirit.What other real estate agency would spend spend the extra minutes on the phone to you to simply check in and query your rental? What other real estate do you know who would on a Sunday take you round to view houses not even on the market yet, after finding out you have to leave your current rental due to the sale of the house? What other real estate would advise you on how to fix issues and repair walls in order for you to get your full bond back and what other real estate agent would litterally clean the bugs out of your light fittings and brush your window sill?This is all the beauty of having a small time family run business with big ambition and smiling faces.I can't speak more highly of a company and would recommend them over any 'big time' players.Thankyou Matchpro for being professional, effecient and sincere in your approach.

Maryanne and the match pro team made our Sale process seem less. Throughout they guided us and resolved any issues that arose. Once we had sold they then helped us find alternative accomodation whilst we looked for a new home.
