Highly recommend Port Stephens BJJ for everyone! Great team of coaches. Community atmosphere. All age/experience levels catered for. Strongly encourage teenage girls and women to empower themselves and join up. The skills you develop at PSBJJ carry over into your everyday life. You learn to remain calm in pressure situations while you seek out solutions to your problems. It's a game changer. Can't rate it highly enough!

I’m extremely grateful to have found BJJ for my two sons. We started out purely for a bit of fitness and fun which they certainly have! However it’s far more than that! The discipline, mate-ship, focus, confidence, self awareness as well as physical and mental strength has been wonderful which helps them in their everyday life.
