I saw Dr Saad at Goodna Family Dental regarding a chipped tooth and I thrilled at the service offered. The facilities were modern and clean, the reception staff was friendly and polite and Dr Saad was very understanding and accommodating, taking the time to explain the treatment. A big thank you to all and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Booked appointment to have tooth extracted. Went to appointment was told that my tooth could be saved. Only the pain became worse after and I could not sleep. Payed $168.75 for fillings + insurance claim $253.15 total cost $421.90. Only to go back 2 days later to have the same tooth removed because it was too painful, by another dentist (same practice) because I could not wait another day for the same dentist to be available. Paid another $184.85 + $28.20 insurance claim for the extraction. So all up for one tooth I paid $634.95. Would Not recommend this practice. I did not have the energy to argue as I'm also 36 weeks pregnant and was numb from the extraction. Taking my family elsewhere. The only good thing was the quick service they provided especially the second dentist I saw for the extraction.

Have been going to George and his staff for a while and am always pleased with the results. Staff are lovely, caring and good at assisting in procedures. Highly recommend seeing George for extractions and fillings. Handy location right next to Goodna Woolies.

I have been visiting Goodna Family Dental for over 1.5 yrs. The staff are awesome and helpfully. Dr George is such a kind and professional Dentist! I won’t go anywhere else! Highly recommended

Please do your research. Unfortunately was lucky enough to relocate and my Denist was blown away by a quote for $2k vs $100 bucks to resolve. Teeth cleaning was $199.00 for first visit. They claimed far more with my private health and used it all up. I was lucky to not go down this path. After reading reviews I’m not alone. They team were lovely.

Took great care of me, making sure anaesthetic was properly administered, helping hold my hair to spit, regular check-ins.
