Eagleby KFC be BETTER! If your gonna do a half job then don't work here, go find a new job. People wait patiently for their meal, and giving half filled chips is bloody annoying, when you have to wait for 25 mins in the waiting bay. Yes, I'm a local!

Fast food has never been so slow. 45 minute wait + longer for others around. Staff were rude and lazy and seemed not to know what they were doing. It's hard to be a bad KFC, but this is just a bad fast food joint in general. I would recommend any other KFC. Don't bother stopping off the highway for this one. 1 star

Always run out of food on regular everyday bases. It's horrible when at9.30 pm is food supply anymore but 4hey are open till 11 pm. I feel fir those young ones how embarrassing it must be repeating no food left...also there 8s quiet often something from orders at busy times. If you want to eat go before 7 pm. Planning of food supply is not good manager miscalculations????

Ordered a burger feast through the app and swapped all burgers for zingers... recieved 2 x zinga and 2 x normal... all pretty sad looking as in the photo and they forgot the dipping sauces.The young male staff member at the counter was rude and walked away after asking for the missing dipping sauces. Manager gave us 4 dipping sauces and apologised for the mix up.Since it's my personal mission to visit every KFC between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, I won't be back to this one.

Is it possible to leave 0 stars?Every time I come here it takes at LEAST 30 minutes for my order to be ready and even then its missing something/incorrect. The staff clearly have 0 work ethic and it looks like none of them want to be there...it's reflected in the quality (or lack thereof) of their food. Please PLEASE don't waste your money drive the little bit further to Beenleigh or even Shailer Park KFC. The owner of Eagleby KFC is scraping the bottom of the barrel for competent staff here..

Avoid unless it's outside of peak hours. Whether you drive through or walk in, incredibly long wait times - sometimes the queue stretches all the way around the car park (30+ min wait).Delivery is just as bad, and cold.

Chicken was very oily did not look like KFC, ate 3 pieces out of a 15 piece Bucket. We had to throw the rest, did not ring store. Nothing will change. We tried it when it first opened 8 years ago, swore we would never go back. Still oily & smelly as ever.KFC Page wood Sydney still the best.

Everytime we order it takes forever to get your order and then it's never right tonight's adventure through our order left us with half filled chips rock hard bread rolls and 9 wings in an 15 piece bucket ridiculous when feeding 4 young adults come on KFC your store wasn't even busy yous had ample staff to give out correct orders I even tried to call back and your phone rings once and the call ends not a great way to serve your customers!!!! And when you do answer yous don't even send out our vouchers via email!!!!

So many times you go to a fast food restaurant and the kids employed are dragging their feet. You wait forever and can see they only pack 2 orders but still you wait.Tonight it looked like these guys were slammed. Loads of orders. Yes, it was a long wait but seeing them get on and work fast and keep pushing deserves them to get some kudos. The girls at the front still managed to be friendly and polite even though you could see they were under the hammer. I think someone should give them a pat on the back and a well done after tonight
