Was accused of stealing and made to empty my bag sitting on the floor after spending $20 on shampoo. Even after checking my bags, I was still accused of stealing pills (my own used packet of pills) . once proving the pill packet was old and used, while crying on the ground, I was let go. So humiliating and unprofessional. Go to this chemist for an anxiety attack

Manager does not have good people skills

Very unfriendly staff. Exchanging non medical product is a nightmare. Rude attitude and all the staff will collectively start arguing about it.

Easy parking at the rear. Cheap prices.

Be careful when buying fragrances from here. I bought a well known brand name fragrance through Click & Collect only to notice that the perfume smelt like rubbing alcohol. I also noticed the box was different to the original. A quick google search revealed that the box and bottle were common fakes being sold. After being promised a refund by a staff member, I was called the next day by a manager and refused a refund from the store and directed to Chemist Warehouse Head Office who had apparently been contacted by the manager and would organise a return label for me to send back. The manager stated the refund was rejected due to the perfume smelling like all the other fraudulent boxes that were on the shelf. Upon calling Head Office, this conversation was revealed to have never have taken place and Head Office stated that they couldn’t even issue refunds as Chemist Warehouse Greensborough is independently owned. Both the store and Head Office sent me back and forth and refused to assist until Head Office essentially ordered the store to override their refund decision. Upon returning the product, I noticed that the store had replaced the fraudulent versions with the legitimate version of the perfume on the shelf. If you order any perfumes through Click & Collect, ensure to open the carefully wrapped package in store to ensure what you are buying is legitimate! The customer service at this store is horrible and they will gaslight you and ignore your concerns. If I could rate the store 0/5, I would.

I feel very fortunate to have Yousef Clara and the lovely petite lady at check out look after me. It's as though we are in a lovely little village as they all call me by name ask me how I am and remember things about me. The pharmacists always make sure my scripts are on hand even when shortages are predicted and that gives me peace of mind. They are genuine when they ask me how I am and they remember what I say. It's a pleasure to go there. Thanks for the great service and smiles!!!Elizabeth

Oh l will go to CWH: Then I found Titian. Well he made me smile why you asked for he listened he gave me advice he gave me time.We need more Titian’s big thanks to you Titian and to CWH for super staff on floor for people like me ❤️

Like many others, I get my blood pressure medication from a few different pharmacies depending on my situation. I've been coming to this pharmacy for around 4 years and will often get my medication here... But I've also gotten it from other Chemist Warehouse stores and most recently from a city based pharmacy because I'd run out of medication and had the script sent to me after a gp telehealth appointment. So, after running out of medication, I again went to this chemist warehouse, the same one I've been attending for years and went to present my escript but it seems the previous pharmacy had not sent me the updated script meaning I didn't have a barcode. So after asking for my details and me confirming them, they find me on their system and confirmed that I'd been a customer of theirs for some time but as I had not consistently bought my medication from them they wouldn't give me the medication. So, blood pressure medication... And we are told that body pressure is the silent killer... They made the decision to not provide me with the medication... Even thought they know me and confirmed me as a customer and confirmed that I'd gotten the medication from them in the past... As recently as two months ago,.. An absolute disgrace. Feel like I'm being punished for not going out of my way to always shop here... Pharmacists are providing a health service... Chemist warehouse doesn't care about your health. Avoid

Sent my husband and daughter to pharmacy (with box so they would not buy the day/night and buy EXACTLY the box I had) to buy 24 NIGHT RELIEF Dimetapp tablets. Pharmacist insisted they buy the 48 pack of Dimetapp because they were exactly the same, even after they queried. NOT THE SAME. Instead of 24 night tablets, I now have 12 night tablets and 36 DAY TABLETS TO ADD TO THE ENORMOUS PILE OF DAY TABLETS I ALREADY HAVE.And I will have to open the pack because I am sick as a dog and need the overnight tablets, so I CAN'T RETURN THEM and will likely need to BUY ANOTHER PACK OF NIGHT TABLETS. Cha ching for them.Clearly written on the box. My box says Night Relief. Pharmacy dispensed box says Daytime/NighttimeBad bad bad pharmacy. No attention to detail. More concerned with getting us out before closing time than giving correct tablets. And this is not the first time i have had incorrect information given to me.Poor attention to detail is a particularly dangerous trait in pharmacy staff.

When I went to Chemist Warehouse Greensborough I was very impressed with the absolutely lovely staff, a very nice young man Adam helped me find what I needed. He is definetly the loveliest person at Chemsit warehouse. Thankyou Adam
