Good customer service involves various elements and this was shown today when we visited Abey at their Albert Park show room. The gallery’s Coordinator Yoni’s vast knowledge and expertise about the products and “end look” assisted us to resolve our queries and provided options with practical explanations about what products would best fit our needs.Overall a satisfying visit and we came away feeling comfortable and happy with our product decisions that best met both our needs and budget.

I visited the Abey Showroom twice in preparation for our new build. On both occasions I was extremely impressed with Yoni, whose genuine care and attention to our requirements was extremely comforting. Yoni took the time to consult with us and was able to offer suggestions to optimise our kitchen and bathroom fittings and fixtures. I was also very impressed with the range available. Thank you Yoni.

Walking into the amazing Abey showroom we were greeted by staff member Yoni. His knowledge, expertise on the products they have on display are second to none. 5 star service at its best. This is a credit to Yoni as its very hard to get good customer service who follows up and gets back to you. So if you are on the lookout for great customer service Yoni is the person to see.
