Excellent results and service provided by Steve. Our couch looks as good as new and our rug has come up a treat.

Steve came to our home on short notice to clean a stain and has made our sofa and armchair like new. He was on time, friendly and thorough with his clean. He also advised us on maintenance and care going forward. It's our preference to support a local business and he'll be our go-to for future upholstery cleans. Thank you Steve.

I don't think I have the words for how happy and appreciative I am for Steve and his work.We recently moved into a rental and were told the carpets were steam cleaned - although they much did not look, feel, or smell like it. I called Steve for a desperate last minute job before the movers showed up, and he offered to come take a look at the state of the rug to recommend if the rug was salvageable/worth another clean. He checked the moisture levels, the smell, and suggested another deep clean. The amount of dirt he got up was incredible, and the carpets looked/smelled amazing.Not only is Steve excellent at his job, but he's friendly, honest, prompt, and efficient. I could keep coming up with adjectives, but I'll stop there. For the quality of work, his prices were more than fair. We'll definitely be having him back!

I had a great experience with Steve from Urban Steam Clean a couple of months ago. We had two sofas that required cleaning, one of which was a weird pull out sofa that was hard to describe and located in very small room in a tight position. Steve was very friendly and professional. He got the job done with no problems. He also provided after care instructions which we found helpful (and followed). Would recommend highly. We will have him back in 12months to do the sofas again.Just one thing to note, this was our first experience having sofas cleaned. Due to the nature of the cleaning machine I would recommend not working from home during service if you live in a small apartment (machine is very loud).

Highly recommend Steve for carpet cleaning! We had an urgent job in which Steve was super responsive and helped us out on the same day, on a weekend. He did an excellent job and was very professional in resolving our issue in which we were very grateful. Would definitely book again!! :)

Have used Steve twice now, first was on our sofa that had red wine spilt. He did an awesome job, it came out like brand new. Very happy.
