Horrible and rude staff

I have honestly never been treated so poorly in a store. The rudeness was unbelievable to the point I was actually struggling to relay the events to family/friends due to how crazy the behaviour was…As a local who has been in and out of this store many times in my life, I have had mixed encounters. I was met with hostility, a fake facade, and treated as though my time was not important. Customer service is 90% of any business, 10% product. I walked away with no product because the service was so poor.I will NOT be back, and recommend you don’t bother with this store.

I come into the shop 2-3 times per year when I'm in Merimbula visiting family, as there are limited options in town for shopping. Every time I'm really shocked and disappointed at how rude the staff are, completely ignoring us while chatting to each other or friends. I've spent money in here on many occassions but there's no way I will continue to support a business that doesn't consider me worthy of a Hello". Recommend visitors to go elsewhere"

I'm giving two stars only because of the amazing stock in store. The shop is beautiful and the products are quality but the service was rubbish. We didn't get a hello and ive never felt so unwelcome. Me and my shopping buddy were in the mood to spend up and this was our favourite shop in Merimbula but didn't spend a cent purely because of the lack of acknowledgement and zero customer service. Not only did we not get a hello but we were in the store for about 20 minutes and both shop assistants ignored us and each other.There was a sign on the front door to say 'sorry if the service is slow, we are under staffed' but there was two people working and two of us and still nothing. Such a shame because there's so many nice, unique pieces and I wouldn't purchase something purely because of the lack of service.:(
