Highly recommend Room 4 Pets. The team are very approachable and took the time to answer our questions on the pets available to adopt. They provided us with lots of information on the breeders they work with and talked us through the attributes of the dog breeds we were interested in, which really help guide our final decision. Rachel and Leo were fabulous in taking lots of time to provide instruction on how to bring our puppy Zoe home and useful tips on how to best adjust her to her new environment and family. The end to end experience was outstanding.

I was little skeptical buying from a pet shop… I always thought I would rescue.I couldn’t help it when I saw a gorgeous japalier on gumtree. We’ve been contemplating a puppy for over a year.Couldn’t decide on the breed that would work with our family.We couldn’t have rushed there any soon enough when we saw her onlineVery fair priced (I understand she was reduced)What made us so confident was that they went out of the their way to contact the boss and he agreed to hold her for an hour and half until we got there. Leo - I can’t thank you enough! What a knowledgeable, kind and the most helpful person I have ever met!It blew my mind.You are such an asset to that company I honestly thought he could have been a vet. The Knowledge was next level GREAT.Thank you for such a wonderful experience and all the help!Our honey girl is settling in quite well and there’s so much potential for her to create a great relationship with our cat.Thank you so much also to the lady who was also on Thursday night I cannot remember her name but she was so lovely. A great place to adopt a cat or a dog with so many different items. If you want to come into a store to buy something for your pet, get a pet or watch adorable puppies and kittens, this is the right place for you to go to! With different breeds or dogs and super cute cats this is a great place to adopt one of them. They have a lot of items as well however they're sometimes quite expensive. Otherwise this is a great pet store!

I had high expectations going into Room4Pets due to all the great reviews, and they certainly did not disappoint! Rachel was so friendly, patient and helpful, and once we'd chosen our pup, she spent 2 hours explaining everything we needed to know until we were absolutely confident we could give him the best life ever. Our shmoodle puppy is the most gorgeous boy in the world and has settled in so quickly. I cannot recommend this place and its staff enough!

Great experience adopting our kitten with Room4Pets.Very friendly and patient staff. Spent lot of time with us answering all our questions,providing us all information we could need,making us confident we can make Poppy happy in her new family.

Adopted my dear ragdoll kitten Minx from here a couple months ago. She is the most lovely kitten ever, super playful, cuddly and affectionate. The adoption process was very easy here and the service was very kind. We were allowed to begin patting and holding the kitten which helped us decide on adopting her. Once we decided on adopting her, we received an hour talk through on how to care and look after her. Every question we had was answered and we even got to see pictures of the kitten’s parents. Thank you so much.

It was a really good experience, great bed food toys and shampoo for dogs and cats. They have a verity of pets running around in their pens and are ready for adoption. They keep them fed clean and happy, all of them are rescues aswell
