Incompetent. More than once I have been turned away, because they do not know how to do the blood tests ordered. The next pathology I go to manages it just fine and says everybody should have been able to do it. There’s no excuse, other than lack of training, lack of care, and lack of anything resembling professionalism. Avoid at all costs. I certainly will in future.

I've had over 4 blood tests done at this facility. Each time the service has been efficient and courteous. I recommend attending early after their opening in the morning to avoid long wait times.

Had my 3 yr old’s first blood test done here today. The staff was lovely; was very accommodating. Highly recommend this place!

If you feel hesitant when it comes to needles and blood tests, Pooja is the person to see. She ensured it was a fast and safe procedure, and was excellent with her patient interaction. Pooja went above and beyond to ensure I was fit to leave, even walking me to the car park and seeing me out. Thank you for empathising with my fear of needles and taking care of me Pooja!

Friendky service but incredibly slow. Apparently it takes 2 lab techs to do the blood for 1 person and takes 15 minutes.

under the current situation with coronavirus I rang on behalf of my mum who has chronic issues and is 80 years old to have her Bowel testing kit to be posted to her ..She recently had blood tests done and her GP requires further test as Bowel testpathology refuse to simply post out a Bowel cancer kit to mum's home as I explained I live out of town 3 hrs away...Rosey in charge simply said no refusing to understand my situation i even offered to charge us for the postage fee and still no ....
