First visit for our spoodle, called Fergus. Want a fantastic cut. He is an anxious dog who has had a recent back injury, so we were rather apprehensive. He was all smiles on pick up, as were the family . He looks amazing. Well done team.

My mother sent her dog here and it’s one of the worst grooms I’ve ever seen on her. I’m a professional dog groomer over in Victoria so I’ve always told my mother what groom to have done. It was a short groom, clip matting out of the ears and tidy rest. Safe to say the most basic groom was horrible. I went on Facebook to look at the grooms they are producing and honestly all their groomers need to put some serious effort to lift their skills, They may be good in all other aspects but when you have dogs going out with basic cuts that need serious work it’s so unprofessional. Lift your skills and your income, and business will boom but until then, I highly suggest, go elsewhere.

We have taken our puppy to the Glenunga location 3 times and are extremely happy with the service and the grooming. Charlie has long hair and gets knots on his chest, the care taken is above and beyond.We took our other 2 dogs to another location on Unley Rd for 13 years and the last time we went it all seemed different and we got charged $25 more than normal and our beautiful boys came home completely shaved and stressed.We highly recommend About Town Dog Studio.

We travel and pass many groomers to send our Spoodle here! Leah is very talented and is the best groomer we found in Adelaide. Our Spoodle is always cut perfectly and smells so clean. It is reassuring that our girl feels comfortable there too.

The staff are pleasant but both of my dogs had the worst cuts they have ever had. They gave me a $5 discount saying that they hadn't quite achieved a good result (understatement) and then brought the dogs out. I quickly realised that something had gone wrong with the cuts. I had taken a picture of the cut I wanted for the older dog and the younger one had a perfect cut which just needed trimming. The fur around their mouths was not washed during the bath process. I am sorry to post such a negative review but I think it is best to warn others not to use this business. It is a lot of money for a disappointing result.

First time here. Booked our toy poodle in for a full trim, wash nails etc after enduring 3 months without a trim due to the COVID-19 situation. Staff were friendly enough and the trim looked good. Had a little pink bow on his head...looked cute but he’s a boy...Anyway, when we picked up our little poodle he was a little dull. Not as excited as he would normally be. As soon as he got into the car however he vomited. Something yellow that looked like corn(not exactly sure what it was)came out. And he was poorly the rest of the day. He vomited 3 more times at home and refused to eat the whole rest of the day. We almost took him to the vet.We tried calling About Town Dog Studio Glenunga to find out what had happened or if they’d fed him something but there was no answer. We left a message with our contact number but a week on, no one has called back.The next day he had started to smell a little funny. Strange for a dog that’s just been groomed. The smell has gotten worse over the last week. Poodles are known to be very “scent neutral”. They generally don’t have a strong scent. He’s also started scratching all over. He’s never been this scratchy. We give him flea treatment monthly so this is really odd.I tried to call About Town Dog Studio a few times but no ones answered our calls.I would definitely not take our dog there again. He came back sick, smelly and scratchy. Not recommended!!

Absolutely fantastic groomers. They did a brilliant job with my long coat akita who was in great need of care. She is so much happier and I can't speak more highly of what they achieved. Wish I had known about them years ago.

Our dog literally pushes the front door open when we arrive...he loves his visits! Great staff who are attentive to the owners requests on grooming day.Been coming here for years and highly recommend

London looks great! The cut is perfect, not too short for winter. Best of all he is not cut or grazed as has happened with several other groomers. He has come home happy and relaxed. Friendly staff, calm clean relaxed environment, good value. Highly recommend
