Gotta love Harry and his team at Mensa Marketing, we hired them to do our digital marketing for my rural machinery business! Our account manager Alex is a great bloke and does a great job of explaining the digital strategies to us. Mensa Marketing currently run my business’ Facebook advertising. After signing up, we were a bit nervous after being messed around by another agency. After the first month of setting up our campaigns, we have now been advertising for 3 months, and have a 30% decrease in our cost per conversion. Would recommend using these guys.

UPDATE: After weeks of broken promises I am even more disappointed with Mensa Marketing, after they informed me that a refund was being processed. The refund has been coming my way for weeks now and guess what- nothing has been processed. I have dozens and dozens of unanswered phone calls, text messages and emails.I also requested copies of all of my invoices that I have never received, again broken promises. Weeks of chasing these and being told yes they are being sent to you. But more lies- nothing has been emailed to me for my accounting purposes.Very disappointed at being continually told one thing and promised a solution- then it never eventuates. Don't trust Mensa Marketing- they promise the world and then don't deliver!ORIGINAL REVIEW:I would not recommend that you go ahead using Mensa Marketing, if you require outstanding results. My marketing campaign was not delivered after months of waiting and the key critical factor that I required for my campaign was agreed on by Mensa Marketing and they did NOT deliver.Very disappointing to pay so much money (thousands of dollars) to be delivered a campaign, that what was not what I had detailed to them and purchased from them.Having numerous account managers was not very helpful either, having to communicate details over and over.
