One Smile

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist.Lower wisdom teeth removal. I had previously been told this was a complicated procedure due to teeth being so close to the nerve and the way they were growing so a senior dentist has to do this.Booked in a date, got my annual leave approved only to then from a receptionist about a reschedule due to the wrong dentist being booked.Cancelled and rebooked annual leave only to find out a few days before that my surgery was moved up by 30mins which I was not told about.Last minute had to tell my manager I was leaving the office even early which he wasn’t happy about.Get there, got a brief explanation basically explaining there was a small chance I could loose some sensation forever, jumped in the chair & they began straight away, no mouth wash or anything.The whole time the dentist and his aid were just talking & laughing while he was struggling to get my teeth out, somehow the dental aid managed to stab me in the lip with the tweezers as well.Finally they were finished, I was told a few lines which I barely understood and then was told to go to the front desk.The after care was just pathetic.Clearly half my face was completely numb, my lips were completely dry and bleeding & I was not even offered some water. I was given no guidance.They didn’t bother even to ask if I was driving home or if someone was coming to pick me up.Won’t be coming back here again as I did not feel looked after at all. I felt like they just wanted to get the job done and on ti the next.

I have to give a 5 stars for everything with the dental clinic. Dr James Kwong is so kind and professional, only takes 15mins to remove a wisdom tooth. Also, the assistant nurse is so kind(sorry I forgot ask her name). Receptionists were also friendly every time I came. Price is reasonable. It’s definitely an excellent experience especially for a person who is scared to walk in a dental clinic. Glad to recommend!

I’ve changed my dentist and I’m glad i did. Found One Smile and very happy with the service. Staff are super friendly. Dr. David Tran, my new Dentist, was so gentle. Price is reasonable. The Clinic is so clean with very spacious car park. Looking forward to my next dental check up.

Who said dentists were scary. My experience with One Smile Glen Waverley will never be forgotten.Best laugh ive ever had in years..with no laughing gas either.After 30 years of wanting that perfect smile. I finally got my dream come true.9 top veneer crowns perfectly done. Color not too white so they look so natural. No adjustment needed with the bite. Im pretty impressed with my overall experience.James Kwong and Beck make the perfect team. Both personalities together are incredible.Professional and humourous.Thankyou so much for my perfect smile.

Been going here for quite some time and have seen both Dr David Tran and Dr Amanda, both are amazing. Just had a clean with Dr Amanda, she was so thorough and spent a good amount of time. Dr Tran has removed my wisdom tooth before and he has always been very caring and understanding of his patients. Lovely dentists to deal with.

worst ever experience with Dr.Oliver when my h usband told me what he experienced during cleaning the teeth.He is so painful and teeth closed tight. I have to speak out now.

Dr. James Zhu give me the best dentist experience ever. He explains to me what he is going to do and the reason why he is doing that Rather than just doing his work directly that there is no dentist had ever done before. Really professional. Make me feel it not that scary for a dentist appointment.

I am writing this to say how professional and experience Dr James Kwong is. He is my favourite Doctor because he has a good sense of humour. He keeps you relaxed. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field. Always greats you and answers your questions. I have been with him now approximately 17yrs. The Glenwaverley clinic is always clean and beautiful. Staff are all knowledgeable and helpful. Touch wood I hope Dr. James and his staff continue the great work. This genuine and sincere. I give Dr. James Kwong and the clinic 5 stars. Keep up the high standard.
