Green Light Couriers

Failed to deliver on second delivery. I am running a medical research trial and my staff booked a delivery for a Friday on the day before. On the day of delivery, the courier did not arrive, booking could not be found in their system - even though we queried this the day before about some weird information. When we called asking where the courier was, we were told there was no cars available and we should find another courier. In an attempt to resolve this, I called customer service and they told me that Friday's were their busiest day and they could not guarantee us a courier even if we booked the day before. We took their advice and found another courier.
