I was looking for a comfortable chair for my home office. After trying all the normal retail outlets and not finding anything attention grabbing, I decided to contact Newcastle Office Interiors and was able to pop down the same day to see what was available. Considering the extent of their work and services I thought I would be a fairly trivial customer. However Joe was so accommodating - lining up a great selection, fully explaining the features and advice from his experience and those of past customers. I walked away with a chair I love, assesmbled and delivered to me that afternoon and received follow up afterwards to make sure it was all ok. If there is anything office fitout or furniture related in the future Newcastle Office Interiors will be the only place I go to

David, the Project Manager, has demonstrated excellent communication skills and is quickly able to resolve issues or address concerns if they arise. We are always very happy with the final product. The trades persons are respectful and considerate.

Our company recently engage NOI to provide quality office furnishings for our new office in Maryville. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 and other factors we made the difficult decision to close our office not long after and move to a hybrid workforce model. Thankfully, Joe and the team at NOI were extremely helpful and assisted us with reselling some of the furniture to recover our costs. I highly recommend NOI for their friendly and 10/10 service.

NOI recently made a custom design desk for my office. It was not quite the right size and they remade a whole new desk in a larger size at no charge. Nothing was too much trouble and I couldn't be happier with my desk. It is just beautiful.If you are looking for a unique custom made desk for a special space I couldn't recommend NOI highly enough. Joe is awesome to deal with as is the rest of the team.

Cannot fault the work done by Newcastle Office Interiors. They were amazing to deal with from the conception of the project to the finished product. Any issues that may have come to light during fit out where handled efficiently and their communication and timing was spot on. The project not only included fit out of office premises, but also furniture tailored to our requirements. Would definitely not hesitate to use NOI again in the future or recommend them.

We used Jock and the team at NOI to outfit our office at Mayfield West and during the whole process they were outstanding. The quality of finish is great, the communication is excellent and more importantly, they keep to schedule.What we have found 2 years later is that the after sales service at NOI is just as good. They didn't complete the project and forget about us, they have fixed small (some would say inconsequential) issues for us in a timely manner.NOI is a no brainer for your office fitout.
