I have been a customer for a few years now and each year I regret it when it comes to renewal. Every time I have questions, I have to leave multiple phone messages for David before I hear back. Also when trying to make a simple payment for renewal, the system wastes your time getting you to the very last step before saying they don't recognize my bank which is a very common bank people use. Other option is using credit card and paying a surcharge. I have sent Focus an email and will see how long it takes for a response. My experience with this company is nothing is easy and is a bit of a headache. Not ideal and doesn't give you much faith especially given you want peace of mind with insurance
