Belvoir Equine Hospital

Chris and his team have always been fantastic to me and my horses. Nothing is too much trouble, and Chris always takes time to explain and demonstrate, which I really appreciate.

My Friesian mare was head down and very sick one morning- Without hesitation Belvoir was called and Dr Brit arrived shortly after. Brit was kind, thorough, funny and made me feel apart of the team during the initial exam. My mare needed support to recover from a suspected virus and subsequently required morning and night temperature checks plus various medications. Brit offered to take her back to the clinic to provide her with the care i could not.I could have kept her at home and done it myself with the prescribed medications but with me having small children and various other commitments it was easier to have her with Brit. Brit was so understanding and even drove back out to the property to help me get her on the float. The entire process was easy and i felt so comfortable with the care my mare received. During her week long stay at the equine clinic i was updated twice daily and even received photos of my girl during her recovery. She was hosed down during the hot days, placed in a shady stable, fed well and i never had to worry! I've had experiences with vet clinics all over WA and Belvoir is hands down the best in the west for horse care! You guys are absolute horsie angels!

Called Chris this morning, he happily came out, even though I'd never had need of their services before. He was fantastic, kind, professional, and explained everything extremely well. Big huge thanks and much appreciation from Sandra and Clancy.

Just want to say thank you to Chris and all the staff at Belvoir, it’s been a long road for BJ to be where she is now, finally can see a massive improvement in her, she runs and even shows enthusiasm in her food. On a couple of occasions I was making the decision to have her put to rest, so glad I didn’t. We will keep chugging along as long as we can with her, she is part of our familyJulie
