I loathe bread and butter in Launceston!They should take a look at the lovely staff member working away on his own! In lilydale.Friendly, extremely obliging……you should get him to give your other staff members some lessons in customer service.

We sampled the fish pie, savoury Danish, chocolate crossaint and cappuccino. All were excellent and service was friendly.
