Dealing with Cara and the Team as Auswell Energy was seamless from start to finish.The quoting and sales process was prompt and professional. At my request, an Electrician (Robbie) was sent to site to run through some of the intricacies of the installation, with multiple roof pitches and Cathedral ceilings. Robbie provided a number of compelling solutions that would look aesthetically pleasing whilst maintaining compliance with the Solar Standards and the Wiring Rules.The system was installed within a reasonable time frame with plenty of notice provided for the installation date.The installers were punctual, quick and courteous and provided a truly professional installation and finished product.I would have no hesitation in recommending Auswell Energy to any potential future client.

Faultless service from Day 1. Tommy got back to me quickly with my enquiry, explained all the options, emailed comparisons and has been contactable throughout. Trades were all great and very respectful toward my elderly parents whom the job was for. They aren't the cheapest ( no nasty products) nor are they the dearest ( overpriced) . Nick kept us up to date and Auswell handled everything in the background to ensure a smooth installation and set up.On the day, the installation went smoothly despite it being a publicHoliday and super hot. Honest, trustworthy, prompt and first class workmanship. These guys installed Solar at my home and did an amazing job.
