Love this pharmacy. The pharmacists are very helpful and friendly. They remember your name, are friendly and have a chat while serving you.I have a number of medications I take for chronic illnesses and previously have had pharmacies swapping and changing between different brands and genetics constantly. These guys have recorded and noted on my record which brands to use only.I love that I can use their app to upload photos of the scripts, pre-order my medications so that they are ready for collection and allI have to do is sign the scripts and pay for them, no waiting needed. The app will tell you when you are almost due to collect your next script, or when your on last repeat and need to go to Dr's for another script, or if scripts are going to expire. It keeps records of all scripts for tracking the pbs thresholds.They have frequent good sales on perfumes, hair products, cosmetics etc where you get significant savings not just a few cents off.The sisterclub rewards is great, giving you vouchers to use in store as reward for purchases made in store and you don't have to spend ridiculous amounts to get $5 - $10 off vouchers.They also pass on the $1 concession discount which some pharmacies don't automatically.

Staff hers are the best, always helpful and friendly. Special mentioned to Susie one of the pharmacist, you had no idea how stressed I was today drive around to find a gp to signed my son medication plan for camp for the next day and you help me with no hesitation.thank you so much

Congratulations to all the staff at the Mitcham Priceline. The pharmacy is a brilliant example of a super friendly, efficient and helpful shop. Whether it is retail products that you are after or health advice or prescription advice the staff are outstanding.They are all well trained and their knowledge of products is exceptional .

Too few staff to help customers with product selection. Makeup range needs rethinking. They foolishly no longer stock NYX which out performs brands like Thin Lizzy, Nude, Revolution & much of Maybelline. Range of perfumes is fair but more sophisticated fragrances needed instead of mediocre scents by Britney Spears, JLo.

Not a fan of this Priceline. Scripts are expensive and I was told I owed money for a script when I didn’t. They’ve also done it to other family members and then just charged it to my card next time I’ve gotten a script out. Staff are unfriendly but my main concern is the pricing of scripts and when they blame their system for not charging people for scripts when people have actually paid for it.

Gave me the wrong eye drops but other than that (was only one occassion) seems to have been okay. Sometimes doesnt have all the stock you need but staff are helpful enough and for prescriptions i have always found them to be fast and not too much of a pain. Parking can be hard at times but that is more a reflection of the centre itself than the pharmacy

SHOCKING STAFF ATTITUDES - PHARMACY ASSISTANT - RUDE, HOSTILE, HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOUR. Will never visit this chemist again - charges sneaky extra $1 fees if you need two scripts filled at same time. Not disclosed and not advertised on their site. Assistant was extremely rude, bad manners, ill informed and obviously had no actual degree in pharmacy or health sciences - but was pretending she did to customers - so much wrong and dangerous misinformation was given out to customers, I was in shock, she was NOT HE PHARMACIST. The most ill informed and dangerous pharmacy I've been too. Also certain pharmacy assistants have downright rude and extreme hostile attitudes against any female below 30 years! Seem to try and bully and embarrass females in front of large numbers of customers - think there are some major issues here at this pharmacy. AVOID PAULINE! NEVER AGAIN - I'll happily return to the professional nature, atmosphere and polite and well mannered staff at Chemist Warehouse (with no sneaky extra charges or illegal fees added on !)

everyone was so nice the pink haired girl that served me was really sweet and helped me find my foot fungus cream, and it actually worked! feet are now free of fungus! great store, definitely recommend going there.

I've got to commend the staff of Priceline Mitcham. I recently went in here, not my normal store, it was crazy busy with people panic buying for COVID lockdown, but the pharmacist and all the sales staff were quick, efficient and polite despite being run off their feet. I was surprised how quickly my script was dispensed and paid for, despite how busy it was in store.

Just picked up my click and collect order from Priceline Mitcham and the service was amaaaaaazing. I don’t usually go to this Priceline but it was the only store which had my usual face wash in stock. Niamh packed my order and noticed I’d ordered my acne face wash and included 4x mini free samples for various acne products and a little print out with acne tips. A little act of kindness like this goes such a long way!! So happy with the service and team at Priceline Mitcham. Thank you Niamh for packing my order xx
